Thoughts on books and knitting


Just 15 Minutes!


OK, so part of the challenge to myself was to read books that will improve my emotional and physical fitness. This one most certainly helped my physical fitness.

This instructional book also comes with a CD that demonstrates the movements illustrated in the book. I like that they are all really quick workouts that can be completed- you guessed it- within 15 minutes a day.
