I picked this book up from the library on a whim while I was browsing through new nonfiction books. I love to find new ideas about how to improve my life and make myself more fulfilled and content.

This book is more informative than instructional, so if your looking for a quick read on why one would start meditating and not how one meditates, this is the book for you.

The author shares her feelings on why meditation is so important in our lives, and how we should take the time out of our busy lives to better our spiritual fitness.

I read this book from cover to cover in only one sitting, and it was most certainly worth my time.
