Wine Storage Agreement

Vehicles: Vehicles (including, but not limited to, cars, trucks, trailers, mobile homes, boats and electric vehicles) may not be stored overnight in the warehouse or for a period during which the renter does not access the warehouse and its lockers without the written permission of the Company. A fee will be charged for this overnight vehicle storage or any other unauthorized vehicle. In the event that a motor vehicle remains stored in the warehouse for sixty (60) days after the termination of this Agreement or in the event of default by the Renter, and in addition to all other rights and remedies available to the Company, the Company is entitled to have such vehicle removed by a person who is regularly engaged in towing vehicles. without liability for the costs of removal, transport or storage or for any damage caused by such removal, transport or storage. The renter acknowledges having been personally informed that the vehicle may be removed at the expense of the renter. The Company declines all responsibility for the removal of the vehicle in accordance with this provision. This Locker Rental Agreement (as amended from time to time, the “Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions of and between WINTER PARK WINE STORAGE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Company”), and the customer described below (the “Renter”), which governs the storage of all bottles, boxes or boxes of wine or other alcoholic beverages. or other items that the Renter has placed or has not placed in the lockers or stored in accordance with this Agreement (as defined in Section 1 below) (collectively, the “Renter`s Property”) and the use of the lockers and warehouses described below for these purposes. Any changes or modifications to the withdrawal request will be considered as a separate new request.

Additional costs will be charged in connection with the handling and this will be considered a notice of withdrawal. The acceptance of the goods involves the unloading and taking over of the delivered goods, and this is done when the delivery vehicle is moored at the loading dock with the doors open as soon as the wines go to the warehouse. ARVI checks the conformity of the goods in accordance with the consignment note and informs the customer of any deviation, defect or defect within 10 working days. However, this control does not extend to the contents of the bottle or its tightness (cork and the like).
