Verizon Prepaid Customer Agreement

This agreement and the documents it contains are the whole agreement between us. You cannot rely on other documents or what is said by sales or after-sales staff, and you have no other rights to the service or this contract. This agreement does not benefit third parties, with the exception of our parent companies, related companies, subsidiaries, agents, predecessors and rights holders. If not, if we agreed otherwise in this agreement, this agreement and all the disputes that fall within that agreement are governed by federal law and state laws that include the prefix of your wireless phone number, if you have accepted that agreement, regardless of the conflicts of the laws and rules of that state. Our fees may also include federal universal service, regulatory and management charges, and we may also include other costs related to our public costs. We have set those fees; They are not taxes, they are not taxed by law, they are not necessarily tied to everything the government does, we hold them in whole or in part, and the amounts and what they pay can change. For more information, see: www.verizonwireless.com/support/surcharges/. If you or we do not enforce the rights conferred on us by this agreement in one case, that does not mean that you or we will not be able to enforce it in any other case. You cannot cede this agreement or your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent. However, we can give up this agreement or any debts you owe us without informing us. If you are a Postpay customer, please note that many of the messages we send you will be displayed as messages on your monthly bill. If you have online billing, these messages are considered received by you if your online bill is available for consultation. If you receive a paper invoice, you will receive these notifications three days after our email.

If we send you more messages, they will be immediately considered received if we send them to your wireless device or to an email or fax number you gave us, or after three days if we send them to your billing address. If you need to send us messages, please send them to customer service on your last invoice. If you delete a call in your coverage area, select it as you choose. If you respond within 5 minutes, call us within 90 days if you are a postpay customer, or within 45 days if you are a prepaid customer, and we will give you a 1 minute credit. If you are a Postpay customer and you lose service in your coverage area for more than 24 hours at a time and we are responsible, call us within 180 days and we will give you credit for the time lost.
